I bought this rug in the 3’x5’ size to use as a pretty litter box mat. My cat won’t walk on anything that is not soft and this rug is perfect for him. It is soft under foot and the texture is pretty thick while still being comfortable. Feels like a thick fuzzy yarn you can find at a craft store for knitting. I haven’t washed it yet and plan to do so routinely. That will be the real test, but I like everything else so far. The only downside is that it has yet to lay flat completely despite having heavy objects on it and having it down for over a week.
I love this rug it really elevates the space.
