Yes, via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We're currently unable to accept returns on international orders, but if yours arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@boutiquerugs.com and we'll work with you on a resolution.
We can't guarantee changes once an order is submitted, so double-check your info before placing it. If you notice an error, reach out to our support team at support@boutiquerugs.com as soon as possible. Address changes may incur additional charges, particularly on freight orders, and we'll confirm any added cost before making the change.
Yes, for customers in the contiguous U.S. Options and costs appear at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to ship the same business day. Eligibility depends on a rug's size and weight, so some large rugs qualify while heavier oversized rugs ship by freight only. Available options show at checkout. Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rug Pads
Luxury Grip Rug Pad — 0.16" thick. 100% PVC. Our strongest grip. Ideal for high-traffic areas.
Bavaria Rug Pad — 0.06" thick. 100% PVC. Our thinnest option, great for low-clearance areas or thin rugs.
All pads are free of harmful chemicals. Size your pad slightly larger than the rug and trim to fit, or choose one slightly smaller.
