Beautiful rug, very bad cancellation policy
I purchased this rug early morning on June 26th and I cancelled through the chat 3 hours later. I also called and spoke with someone. I was told that it was already shipped and I could not cancel. I emailed with them off and on the 26th because I didn’t want to have to pay to ship it back. I was told it was too late again through email. But if you look at the cancellation policy on their website it says you have 24 hours to cancel. This is my fourth rug I have purchased this year. I have referred 3 friends but I will not lie and say it was a great experience with customer service. Thank you. Btw the rug is gorgeous
