My rug “ guildhall “ was on my doorstep a few days after ordering! Unbelievably fast even during the busy holiday shipping time! The rug and pad were securely packaged. ( separately) I was very happy with the quality of the rug, it is thin, which I expected, after reading the reviews, which is fine as it was purchased to be on the wood floor under my bed. I am glad I purchased the rug pad, it added a little cushion under my feet. The colors were absolutely perfect in my room! Light/dark grays, white, with a touch of blue , all paired perfectly with my Sherwin Williams popular gray walls, and Benjamin Moore Chantilly lace trim. I loved it so much I ordered a second one for another section of my room! Reviews mentioned a smell after unrolling. There definitely was an expected odor which disappeared within a day . The rug needed a little love after unrolling to settle down. This too was expected. I laid it out and placed weights on the ends and occasionally continued to smooth it , within a day, the rug was good to go, and has made my room absolutely beautiful! Thank you, the product and service were excellent, and the price was affordable! Will order from Boutique Rugs again!
