Great quality. Beautiful clear blue color (not a muted blue). Looks to be reversible. It does have a raised woven design. The fringe is just stiff enough to remain neatly flat.

This runner is absolutely beautiful and such great quality! The rug is well made, durable and the colors were as described. It adds the perfect amount of texture to our hallway. My only caution is to be aware of the raised (speed bumps) bits as our front door just clears the carpet.
