Great quality but significant color difference from online pics
The online pictures show warm ivory/tan undertones, but when I received the rug it looked much more dark khaki than expected. It also has lots of blue in it. The colors were so much darker that I wondered briefly if i had received the wrong rug. It’s still a neutral rug overall, but because of the color difference it won’t work in my space. Overall quality is GREAT… soft, expensive looking. Also, I will say- the customer service division of Boutique Rugs gets an A+ and has been SO great to work with in arranging my return. Can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Just wish the colors online had been a little more accurate :)

This is beautiful & thick!
So this rug is awesome! I was nervous to purchase it without any other reviews. So glad I did. It is grey, beige dark dark teal, maybe some navy, I’m not sure but it’s a good neutral….it goes with everything that I own! I was searching for a higher quality rug that was soft on our feet, thick, comfortable and wouldn’t wear thin quickly. This is a wonderful rug. We did purchase a pad for underneath it, and that just adds to its comfort. It’s soft and dense if that makes sense! Love, love, love.
