I purchased an 8x10 and 4x6 Watford pattern They sent the Benavides 8x10 by mistake.It is a beautiful pattern and lighter gray than the watford pattern So I decided to keep the 8x10 mistake and return the 4x6 Boutiquerugs was very helpful in resolving the matter promptly Customer service stayed in touch with me all along the process Boutiquerugs refunded the price of the 4x6 so I could purchase a matching 4x6 rug in the Benavides pattern Thanks for all there hard work and diligence I now have a Beautiful matching rug set.
