I was very nervous about ordering this rug because I am generally cautious with money. However, the prior much less expensive rugs I got through Boutique Rugs turned out to be remarkable for the cost so I thought I would take a chance. It is so beautiful! It is also far thicker than I anticipated, which will be a boon as the floor in my studio is quite chilly. Given its depth and composition, I am even rethinking my plan to add a thick rug pad!

Much better quality than I expected for the price point. The only pain is lining it up with the pad but once that is done it lays perfectly and feels quite plush. This client wanted a slight mid-century feel and we are starting to get them there.

Thick, heavy, plush, and the colors are muted just enough to not make the room look too busy. It’s a showstopper of a rug and pairs beautifully with my new living room, even with artwork not yet up on the walls. I usually purchase cheap rugs so I don’t feel guilty if I get bored with hem after a couple years, but this babe’s a keeper and well worth the money; especially at the sale price.
