Came with a broken zipper
I purchased two for a matching set the quality was nice but one came with a broken zipper so I had to call to get a refund for the broken one. Customer service was fine they got back to me a couple days later. But now I have to pay to return the second pillow case, it’s annoying bc I would t have returned either if they came in working condition. And I couldn’t even just exchange the pillow case bc they won’t have more until October. I think the company should send me a packing label for my inconvenience

- Do I need a rug pad?
- For hard floors we strongly recommend a rug pad — it prevents slipping, protects the rug backing, adds cushion underfoot, and extends the life of the rug. We offer Premium (Mohawk) and Standard (Non-Slip) pads sized to this rug above.
