The design is exactly like the picture. It is a thin rug, but perfect for what we needed. If you want it “softer” highly suggest a rug pad for cushion. Overall very happy with this purchase

The runners didn’t end up working out for where I wanted them, but they are very nice quality. The edge is taking a little time to flatten out, but I have that problem with most rugs. Would recommend, pattern is very modern farmhouse!
