Viscose rugs, due to their wood cellulose fiber construction, require special care:
- Since these rugs absorb moisture easily, cleaning is generally not recommended.

- Avoid spot cleaning with water as the cellulose fibers can discolor or turn yellow when wet and may result in stains post-cleaning.
- Lighter colors and large, solid areas are more prone to visible staining.
