BAD QUALITY
I love the color and pattern of the rug, but the quality is terrible. There are major creases and bumps in the rug after having it out for weeks with heavy items on the corners. The edges do not lie flat, so people trip.

Since our rugs are rolled and packed very tight, sometimes they do not get flat right away. The best way to go about this is to roll the reverse side and wait a couple of days after opening, and it should flatten out. If possible, using a pad is also recommended. Also putting weight on the places where the waves are would help flatten them out as well. If after a week of trying this, they do not seem to go away, feel free to contact us again and we will be taking the required actions to solve the problem in the best way that we can. I purchased this rug to brighten up our living room. All of the colors will allow for easy transition between seasons. It is a little thinner than our last rug but with a rug pad underneath, it isn't uncomfortable. I also purchased the runner for our kitchen to tie the rooms together in our open floorplan.
