The rug was extremely thin, even with a pad. I returned it as I didn't think it was worth the price.

Hi Casey, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry our rug didn't match your expectation. Burham Area Rug is a medium pile rug, and it's 0.26 inches thick. You can use a rug pad underneath to make it feel thicker and more comfortable on the underfoot. It will also make your rug last longer. Not being satisfied with the item, on the other hand is something we totally understand and that is why we allow our customers to return their unused products within 60 day time period if they are not satisfied with their purchase. Happy with the rug for the price! I will say there is a bit more pink in the rug than I expected. Still a great low pile rug and I will be keeping it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I feel like the colors aren't the same as the photo.
Bright and beautiful
Colors are a little bolder than they appeared online but it is a beautiful rug! Will be great for spring/summer but feel it's too bright for my space during Iowa fall/winter. Quality is great and the rug flattened out quickly after being unrolled from package.
