Gorgeous Rug!

Love this rug!!! Looks beautiful in my space.

Returns too hard. Color is different in person.

Overall I like the rug. The feel of the rug is really nice. I will say that the color is a little off in the picture. It is definitely more on the gray/taupe side. I was wanting more beige/cream. Honestly if the returns weren’t so difficult I would have returned. But it was just too much of a pain.

Love my new area rug!

I really love the pattern, color and weight of my new rug. It was shipped just as advertised and took a couple of days for the shipping wrinkles to relax. The video was very helpful in knowing how to move that process along. Overall,I wouldn’t hesitate to use Boutique Rugs again.

Soft and beautiful

This is a good quality rug that looks even better in person. The pattern is exactly as pictured and it has a sheen that reflects the light, making my living room bright and airy.

Very beautiful and soft! Colors are a little more muted than photos online but still very beautiful! I ordered a rug pad also but I don’t think I would have needed it..

The rugs were shipped promptly. Responses to my emails regarding shipping were received and responded in a timely manner. The colors in the photos on the site are very good quality. While there were a few bunches after unwrapping, I laid it out for several hours before replacing the furniture. I vacuumed several times and bunches resolved. I am very pleased with the quality of the rugs.

Beautiful colors!

Love this runner! I purchase the 2x7. Came nicely packaged and in a timely manner. It does not shed and only took a few hours for it to smooth out from being rolled up. Fits the base of a king sized bed perfectly. I did purchase a 1/4 inch pad.
