Overall I like the rug. The feel of the rug is really nice. I will say that the color is a little off in the picture. It is definitely more on the gray/taupe side. I was wanting more beige/cream. Honestly if the returns weren’t so difficult I would have returned. But it was just too much of a pain.

While there were a few bunches after unwrapping, I laid it out for several hours before replacing the furniture. I vacuumed several times and bunches resolved. Love this runner! I purchase the 2x7. Came nicely packaged and in a timely manner. It does not shed and only took a few hours for it to smooth out from being rolled up. Fits the base of a king sized bed perfectly. I did purchase a 1/4 inch pad.
