The rugs were shipped promptly. Responses to my emails regarding shipping were received and responded in a timely manner. The colors in the photos on the site are very good quality. While there were a few bunches after unwrapping, I laid it out for several hours before replacing the furniture. I vacuumed several times and bunches resolved. I am very pleased with the quality of the rugs.

Beautiful colors!
Love this runner! I purchase the 2x7. Came nicely packaged and in a timely manner. It does not shed and only took a few hours for it to smooth out from being rolled up. Fits the base of a king sized bed perfectly. I did purchase a 1/4 inch pad.
